Questions about pricing
Do you charge per return?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price regardless of how many returns or refunds your store processes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade myself?
Yes — plan changes happen on Shopify's own billing screen from inside the app. You never need to email us to change plans.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. If you don't upgrade, you stay on Free with the headline figure and the top exceptions.
Is billing handled securely?
All billing runs through Shopify's own App Pricing. StockReclaim never sees or stores a card — Shopify handles the charge, proration and the trial clock.
