Growth now produces a monthly reconciliation packet — a month-end PDF with totals recovered, written off and outstanding, a by-cause breakdown, and the decision-by-decision detail with write-off notes. Download it any time from the Decisions page.

With the accountant seat, that packet is emailed to a second recipient on the day of the month you choose — no forwarding, and one more person who depends on the numbers.

On Growth, the audit is now location-aware end to end. Every rule carries a location, exceptions show and filter by it, and CSV exports include it.

You can choose which locations to include in Settings, and the digest and reconciliation packet honor that scope. Refunds and open returns resolve to the order’s fulfillment location automatically.

StockReclaim can now fix an exception, not just find it.

On an exception where units are missing from sellable stock, Restock now adds them back in one click, marks the case resolved, and logs the decision. It’s the app’s only write — the scan still never changes anything on its own — and it’s idempotent, so a double-click can’t double your quantity.

Growth plans now include Rule D, the check no returns portal runs on itself.

When a restock is recorded — a refund with Restock checked, or a return dispositioned as restocked — StockReclaim now watches whether the on-hand level actually moved. If it didn’t, that’s a Rule D exception, merged into your dashboard and digest alongside the others.

Rule D works from two sources: refunds and formal returns, with cross-source deduplication so one physical restock is counted once. It’s forward-only by design — coverage grows the longer it runs.

Two ways to keep the number in front of you, on Starter and Growth:

• The weekly digest — a short Monday-morning email with new exceptions and what they’re worth. A clean week still sends, so silence never looks like a broken app.
• The recovery ledger — dollars flagged and dollars recovered since install, on the dashboard and in every digest. It’s a running score, and it only goes up while you’re subscribed.
