StockReclaim is a returns audit for Shopify. It reads your refunds and returns, checks each one against your inventory record, and finds the cases where a unit was refunded or returned but never went back into sellable stock. Each case is aged and priced, and the total is shown in dollars.
What it is not
We audit returns — we don’t manage them. StockReclaim is not a returns portal: it doesn’t create return pages, print labels, or handle exchanges. It installs alongside whatever you already use for returns (AfterShip, Loop, ReturnGO), or alongside nothing at all, and checks that the restock actually happened.
Why this matters
Returns portals push a restock when a return completes, but none of them verify it. Most small stores have no portal and rely on the Restock checkbox on the refund screen. One unchecked box — or one new hire who doesn’t know the process — and Shopify starts showing stock you can’t actually sell. That gap is invisible in the admin until a customer orders something that isn’t there.
