The weekly digest is a short email that keeps your returns number in front of you without opening the app. It’s available on Starter and Growth.
What it contains
- New exceptions since the last digest, and what they’re worth.
- Your running recovery ledger — dollars flagged and dollars recovered since install.
- A single line you can act on, e.g. “3 new exceptions, $210 not restocked.”
Turning it on
In Settings → Weekly digest, switch it on and set:
- the recipient address,
- the day of the week to send.
The email goes out on that weekday, in your store’s local morning.
A clean week still sends
If nothing new turned up, the digest still arrives — “No exceptions this week. $12,480 checked.” Silence would be indistinguishable from a broken integration, so a clean week is reported as the result it is.
Why it exists
An audit answers a question once; a subscription earns its keep only if the question keeps getting answered. The digest is what turns a one-time diagnosis into an ongoing check — especially as staff change and new habits drift.
