The trial
Both paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. Shopify tracks trial days over a rolling window, so uninstalling and reinstalling won’t start a fresh one.
No per-return fees
Every plan is a flat monthly price. StockReclaim never charges by the number of returns or refunds you process.
Upgrading and downgrading
You can change plans yourself, any time, from Settings → Manage plan inside the app. That opens Shopify’s own billing screen — you never need to email us to change or cancel a plan.
How billing is handled
All charges run through Shopify App Pricing. StockReclaim never sees or stores your card. Shopify handles the charge, proration and the trial clock.
The headline is never gated
Whatever plan you’re on — including Free — you always see the headline dollar figure and the split by cause. Plans change what you can do about it and how far back you can look, never whether you can see the total.
